Rear

CAUTION:
^ Do not allow axle shaft flange to contact press bed during rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator toothed wheel removal.
^ Once a rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator toothed wheel has been removed, it must be replaced with a new part.

1. Remove axle shaft from vehicle.
2. Place axle shaft in press, and remove sensor indicator using bearing pulling attachment tool No. D79L-4621-A, or equivalent.





3. Position sensing ring installer tool No. T89P-20202-A, or equivalent, on press with pilot ring up.





4. Place new sensor indicator on sensor ring installer tool. Ensure sensor indicator is positioned as shown.








5. Position axle shaft, then flat piece of steel on shaft.

6. Press sensor indicator onto shaft to specified dimension.
7. Install axle shaft.
