- Set multimeter on 200-ohm scale.

- Measure resistance between RABS valve harness connector Pin 3 and negative battery post.

- Is resistance 3 ohms or less?

YES -- Circuit is not open. Go to 4.5. 4.5

NO -- Find and repair open circuit along circuit 274 (BK/W). Go to 4.10. 4.10
