EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube at the EGR valve and exhaust manifold.
2. disconnect hoses and remove EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.
3. Remove EGR valve tube manifold connector from exhaust manifold, if necessary.

INSTALLATION
- Reverse the removal procedure.
- Tighten EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube bolt to 20-30 N.m (15-22 lb ft).
