Front Bucket

REMOVAL
1. Remove front seat from vehicle.
2. Remove head restraint.
3. Remove front seat center armrest.
4. Remove screws retaining front seat back latch lower cover. Remove front seat back latch lower cover.
5. Remove bolts retaining front seat back to front seat cushion frame.
6. Slide plastic from J-channel at base of front seat back cover.
7. Remove front seat back cover.
8. Using pliers, loosen hog rings to remove front seat cushion pad.

INSTALLATION
1. Install front seat cushion pad if removed.
2. With the exception of the top portion (approximately 203.2 mm [8 inches]), turn trim cover inside out.
3. Fasten front seat cushion pad assembly by fastening hog rings to seat back springs.
4. Position front seat back cover over front seat cushion pad.
5. Hook J-retainer at bottom of front seat back.
6. Install front seat back frame on seat cushion assembly. Tighten inboard pivot bolt to 19-26 Nm (14-19 lb-ft). Tighten the two bolts retaining front seat back to front seat cushion frame to 44-60 Nm (32-44 lb-ft).
7. Install front seat back latch lower cover.
8. Install front seat center armrest, if equipped.
9. Connect electrical connector.
10. Install front seat tracks and support on front seat cushion frame.
11. Install front seat.
12. Check front seat tracks, front seat back frame and front seat back pad adjuster, if equipped, for proper operation.
