Auxiliary A/C-Heating System

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the auxiliary climate control system to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

Mechanical
- Stuck or binding air circulation doors
- cracked or kinked vacuum line
- Damaged vacuum control motor

Electrical
- Blown fuse: - 39 (30A)
- Damaged or corroded rear heater blower motor switch resistor
- Damaged rear blower motor
- Damaged connectors
- Broken or loose wiring harness
- corroded or poor connections
- Damaged rear heater blower motor switch

3. If inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go the the Symptom Chart. Auxiliary A/C-Heating System
