Manual A/C-Heater

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the manual A/C-heater controls to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

Mechanical
- Broken or leaking vacuum control motor.
- Broken A/C damper door switch.

Electrical
- Blown fuse.
- Heater blower motor switch inoperative.
- Circuitry open/shorted.
- A/C control inoperative.
- A/C electronic door actuator motor inoperative.

3. If inspection reveals obvious concerns which can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concerns remain after the inspection, determine the symptoms and go to the Symptom Chart. Manual A/C-Heater (Main System)
