Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the stoplamps to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- Circuitry open/shorted.
- Blown fuse(s) 25 (10A) and 27 (15A).
- Damaged multi-function switch.
- Damaged stoplight switch.
- Damaged connectors.

3. If inspection reveals obvious concerns which can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to the following Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
