Compressor Cut-Off Relay

WIDE OPEN THROTTLE RELAY

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Locate the Wide-Open Throttle (WOT) cutout relay in the engine compartment relay box located on the left inner fender.
3. Disconnect electrical connector and remove relay.

INSTALLATION
1. For installation, follow removal steps in reverse order.
2. Check system for proper operation.

NOTE: When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.
