Rear Quad Bucket Seat

Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

Special Tool(s)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the rear quad bucket seat from the vehicle.







2. Remove the armrest.
1. Pull back the (A) Velcro(R) fastened armrest cover to expose the (B) armrest bolt.
2. Remove the (B) armrest bolt and the (C) crown washer.
3. Remove the armrest.

NOTE: If the same armrest is being installed, the armrest plate and bolt can be reused, but replace the crown washer when installing the armrest.







3. Remove the safety belt buckle end assembly.
1. Use the Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the buckle end bolt.
2. Remove the safety belt buckle end.







4. Remove the detachable safety belt anchor buckle end.
1. Use the Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the detachable safety belt anchor buckle end bolt.
2. Remove the detachable safety belt anchor buckle end.







5. Remove the right-hand seat side trim.
1. Remove the three screws (one located behind the seat back latch).
2. Remove the right-hand seat side trim.







6. Remove the left-hand seat side trim.
1. Remove the three screws.
2. Remove the left-hand seat side trim.







7. Remove the two right-hand seat back bolts.







8. Remove the left-hand seat back bolts.







9. Remove the seat back.







10. Remove the seat back cover.
1. Unlatch the C-clip at the bottom of the seat back.
2. Slide the cover upward over the seat back, disengaging the Velcro(R) fasteners (not shown), and remove the seat back cover.
11. Remove the seat back cushion.







12. Remove the seat back latch.
1. Remove the seat back latch bolt.
2. Remove the seat back latch.







13. Remove the seat support.
1. Remove the four seat support nuts.
^ Two nuts are shown in the illustration; the other two nuts are similar.
2. Remove the seat support.







14. Remove the four seat track bolts and remove the seat track assembly.

NOTE: Make sure the seat track is in the full rearward position to access the front seat track bolts.







15. Remove the seat cushion cover.
1. Unlatch the J-clips on all four sides of the seat cushion cover.
2. Remove the (A) seat cushion frame from the (B) seat cushion.
3. Remove the (C) seat cushion cover from the (B) seat cushion, disengaging the Velcro(R) fasteners (not shown).
16. Remove the seat cushion from the seat frame.










































ASSEMBLY
1. Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order. Tighten fasteners to the proper specifications.
