Third Row Bench Seat

Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

Special Tool(s)

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove the LH lower pivot cover.
^ Remove the three pushpins.

2. Remove the seat adjuster handle.

3. Remove the lower RH adjuster cover.
^ Remove the three pushpins.

4. Remove the seat back from the Seat cushion.
1. Remove the four bolts.
2. Remove the seat back.

5. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad from the seat cushion frame.
^ Remove the retainers.
6. Remove the seat cover from the seat cushion.

7. Remove the safety belts.
^ Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the two bolts.

8. Remove the seat riser.
^ Remove the bolts.

9. Remove the seat back cover and cushion.
1. Disconnect the seat cover retainers.
2. Remove the seat back cover and cushion from the frame.
^ Remove hog rings from frame.
10. Remove the seat cover from the seat cushion.

11. Remove the two upper seat adjuster covers.
^ Remove the two pushpins.

12. Remove the two seat adjusters.
1. Remove the two bolts.
2. Remove the seat adjusters.

ASSEMBLY

1. Install the two seat adjusters.
1. Position the seat adjusters.
2. Install the two bolts.

2. Install the two upper seat adjuster covers.
^ Install the pushpins.
3. Install the seat cover on the seat cushion.

4. Install the seat back cover and cushion to frame.
1. Install the seat back cover and cushion on the frame.
2. Connect the seat cover retainers.
^ Install hog rings from foam to frame.

5. Install the seat riser.
^ Install the bolts.

6. Install the seat cushion cover and pad onto the seat cushion frame.
^ Connect the retainers.
7. Install the seat cover on the seat cushion.

8. Install the safety belts.
^ Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to install the bolts.

9. Install the seat back frame to the seat cushion frame.
1. Position the seat back.
2. Install the four bolts.

10. Install the lower RH adjuster cover.
^ Install the three pushpins.

11. Install the seat adjuster handle.

12. Install the LH lower pivot cover.
^ Install the three pushpins.
