- Measure the resistance between the main relay connector pin 86, circuit 599, (PK/LG), and EEC IV 60-Pin Breakout Box pin 19.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Repair circuit 599 (PK/LG). Perform Pinpoint Test B14. B14
