Measuring Voltage Between Pins 1 And 16:

- Check continuity at I/P fuse 14 (10A).

- Is the fuse OK?

> Yes
Go to Pinpoint Test L2. L2

> No
Replace I/P fuse 14 (10A). Go to System Precheck. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
