Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Check the operation of the parking brake with the vehicle on a hoist and the parking brake fully released. If there is any slack in the cables or if the rear brakes drag when the wheels are turned, adjust as required. Check for any cable damage and replace as necessary.
