Journal To Bearing Clearance

1. Measure all camshaft bearings in two directions.
2. Subtract the journal diameter from the bearing diameter.
^ Journal to Bearing Clearance: 0.025-0.076 mm (0.001-0.003 inch)
- Service if not in specification.

NOTE: The camshaft journals must meet specification before checking the camshaft journal clearance.
