Accelerator Cable Bracket

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION






1. Loosen the engine air cleaner outlet tube clamp and remove the air cleaner outlet tube.






2. Disconnect the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) vent hose.
3. Disconnect the idle air control valve electrical connector.






4. Remove the bolt and the accelerator control splash shield.






5. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body.






6. Remove the nut from the ignition coil bracket.






7. Remove the nut from the throttle body.






8. Remove the accelerator cable bracket.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Remove the accelerator cable bracket.












9. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten to specifications.
