Removal and Installation

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION






1. Remove the bolt and the accelerator control splash shield.







2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body






3. Separate the (B) accelerator cable from the (A) speed control actuator cable.






4. From inside the vehicle, disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal and shaft.






5. From the engine compartment, pull the accelerator cable through the bulkhead and remove the cable.






6. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten to specifications.
