Test Notes

Perform this Pinpoint Test only if the concerns remain after checking the following items:

- Make sure New Generation STAR (NGS) tester or equivalent is properly connected to Data Link Connector (DLC). Check connections for damaged or loose terminals.

- Make sure the ignition switch is in RUN position.

- Make sure the battery is properly charged.
