Front Bench Seat

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the full bench front seat.

LH Shown, RH Similar:

2. If equipped, remove the two front seat cushion side shields.
1. Remove the four screw covers (two on each shield).
2. Remove the four screws (two on each cover).
3. Remove the front seat cushion side shields.







3. Remove the two front seat to floor supports.
1. Remove the four nuts.
2. Remove the two front seat to floor supports.
3. Remove the front seat cushion frame brace.







4. Remove the two front seat tracks.
1. Remove the four bolts.
2. Remove the front seat tracks.







5. Remove the front seat back.
1. Remove the two bolts.
2. Remove the front seat back from the seat cushion frame.







6. Remove the front seat back.
7. If necessary, disassemble the front seat back.







8. If equipped, remove the front seat back assist handle.
1. Remove the two covers.
2. Remove the two screws.
3. Remove the front seat back assist handle.
9. If necessary, disassemble the 60% front seat back.

NOTE: The 60% front seat back disassembly is similar to the procedure for the captain's chair.







10. Unfasten the four front seat cushion cover retainers.
11. Remove the eight front seat cushion hog rings and remove the front seat cushion cover.
12. Separate the front seat cushion from the front seat cushion frame.

ASSEMBLY
1. Position the front seat cushion into the front seat cushion frame.
2. Position the front seat cushion cover and install the eight hog rings.







3. Fasten the four front seat cushion cover retainers.
4. If disassembled, assemble the 60% front seat back.







5. Install the front seat back.
1. Position the RH side of the front seat back onto the seat cushion frame.
2. Install the two bolts.
6. Install the two bolts on the LH front seat adjuster.







7. Install the front seat back assist handle.
1. Position the front seat back assist handle.
2. Install the two screws.
3. Install the two covers.







8. Position the front seat back.







9. Install the two front seat tracks.
1. Position the front seat tracks.
2. Install the four bolts.







10. Install the two front seat to floor supports.
1. Position the two front seat to floor supports.
2. Position the front seat cushion frame brace.
3. Install the four front seat riser nuts.

NOTE: Inspect the plastic isolators for damage and verify their correct position.







11. Install the two front seat cushion side shields.
1. Position the front seat cushion side shields.
2. Install the four screws (two on each side).
3. Install the four screw covers (two on each side).
12. Install the full bench front seat.
