Parts will be direct shipped for this recall. Each dealer will receive one 5.4L fuel line assembly. For vehicles that need the 4.2L/4.6L fuel line assembly, dealers with less than 100 involved vehicles will receive one 4.2L/4.6L fuel line, dealers with 100 to 175 vehicles involved vehicles will receive two 4.2L/4.6L fuel lines, and dealers with 175 and above involved vehicles will receive three 4.2L/4.6L fuel lines. Dealers are requested to call the Campaign Coordination Center at the number noted below after repairing a vehicle to replenish their seed stock allotment. Order your parts requirement through the order processing channels as noted.

INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS

Engineering anticipates:

^ less than 1% of all inspected vehicles will require a new fuel line

^ greater than 99% of all vehicles inspected will not require a replacement service part
