WARNING: Before servicing or replacing any components in the fuel system, reduce the possibility of injury or fire, refer to Service Precautions. Service Precautions

1. Key OFF.
2. Before releasing fuel system pressure at the schrader fitting. observe Service Precautions to avoid fuel spillage and injury.
3. Install the fuel pressure tester.

STO Connector:

4. Ground the fuel pump lead of the Data Link Connector (DLC) with a jumper at the Fuel Pump (FP) lead.
5. Key ON, Engine OFF, to operate the fuel pump(s).
6. Verify that the observed fuel pressure is 210-310 kPa (35-45 psi).
7. If fuel pressure is not within specifications, perform procedures under Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
