Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the headlamps.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

MECHANICAL
^ Damaged headlamp switch
^ Damaged multi-function switch

ELECTRICAL
^ Blown fuse(s)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Headlamp bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
