26 - Rear ABS Valve

Measuring Resistance Of Rear ABS Valve At Pins 5 And 6:

26-1 - Check Rear Axle ABS Valve
- Remove the cover from the hydraulic control unit.
- Disconnect the 6-pin connector between the hydraulic control unit and the anti-lock brake control module by pulling up on the plastic hard-shell.
- Measure the resistance of the rear ABS valve at pins 5 and 6 of the valve connector.
- Is resistance between 1.0 and 1.5 ohms?
YES - Go to Pinpoint Test D. D DTC 34, 44 LR Sensor
NO - Replace the hydraulic control unit. Service and Repair
