10.3 CHECK FOR A SHORT ALONG HARNESS CIRCUIT 519 (LG/BK) WITH CIRCUIT 523 (R/PK)

- Set the multimeter on the 20k Ohm scale.

- Verify the speed sensor connector is disconnected.

- Measure the resistance between the anti-lock electronic control module harness connector Pin 3 and Pin 10.

Is the resistance greater than 20k ohms?

> Yes
Circuits are not shorted. Go to Pinpoint Test 10.4. 10.4

> No
Find and repair the short along Circuits 519 (LG/BK) and 523 (R/PK). Go to Pinpoint Test 10.7. 10.7
