Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the system.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical concerns apply
^ Damaged hoses
^ Loose/damaged hose clamps
^ Damaged water thermostat
^ Damaged head gaskets
^ Damaged intake manifold gasket
^ Damaged water pump
^ Damaged radiator
^ Damaged radiator coolant recovery reservoir
^ Damaged heater core

3. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection determine the symptom(s) and proceed to the symptom chart.
