Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the concern by operating the outside rear view mirrors.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage:

Mechanical
- Damaged mirrors.
- Damaged remote control mirror switch.

Electrical
- Blown fuse:
+ No. 1 (7.5 Amp).
- Damage to wiring harness.
- Loose or corroded connections.
