B1 - Red Brake Warning Light/Fuse

B1 RED BRAKE WARNING LIGHT/FUSE

- Turn the ignition to the "RUN" position.

- Apply the parking brake.

- Observe the red brake warning light.

Does the brake warning light function?

> Yes
Release the parking brake. Go to Pinpoint Test B2. [1][2]B2 - Check For Corroded Fluid Level Connector Pins

> No
Repair the brake warning circuit. check for an open fuse. check for a burned out bulb or open circuits 640 (R/Y), 162 (LG/R). Repeat System Precheck.
