Operation CHARM: Car repair manuals for everyone.

Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the courtesy lamps to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

NOTE:
- Clear all Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTCs) after fault has been repaired. Disconnecting relays and connectors may set DTCs.
- When a passenger door or liftgate has been left ajar upon exit of vehicle, the Central Timer Module (CTM) will not recognize a change of state upon re-entry of those doors in order to wakeup the CTM and illuminate interior.
