Rear Anti-Lock Brake System (RABS)

The anti-lock electronic control module monitors input from the rear axle mounted speed sensor. The module looks for a rate of deceleration for the rear wheels that is higher than expected for normal stopping and then signals one or both of the valves within the RABS valve to open or close.
