Current Draw - Windshield Wiper Switch Test

NOTE:
- Make sure wiper motor is grounded. Testing should be done with a multimeter such as Rotunda 73 Digital Multimeter 105-R0051 or equivalent.
- Terminals 1, 4 and 6 are the only ones used for this test.
