Remote Anti-Theft Personality Module

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Unsnap clip retaining body main wiring to Remote Anti-theft Personality (RAP) module/relay block assembly bracket.

NOTE: The RAP module is located below instrument panel on LH side above brake pedal.

3. Remove two hex-head screws retaining relay block/bracket assembly to RAP module bracket, and remove relay block/bracket assembly.
4. Remove two retaining nuts and remove RAP module/bracket assembly from dash panel.
5. Insert small screwdriver or pick into RAP module mounting tab hole, pull up on RAP module mounting tab and remove RAP module from mounting bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten RAP module/bracket assembly retaining nuts to 6-8 Nm (54-70 Lb-In).
