1. Idle engine for two to three minutes to warm fluid to 74-79°C (165-175°F).
2. Turn steering wheel all the way to the left and right several times. Turn the engine OFF.

CAUTION: Do not overfill power steering pump reservoir.

3. Check fluid level in the power steering pump reservoir. Fluid level should be between the MIN and MAX marks. If level is low, add MERCON Multi-Purpose (ATF) Transmission Fluid.
