Keyless Entry Module: Description and Operation

- The electronic door lock control processor is located behind the LH luggage compartment trim panel.
- It contains a radio receiver that receives the LH signal from the keyless entry remote transmitter through the electronic door lock control processor antenna and sends the appropriate command to the power door locks, the horn relay, the park lamps or the anti-theft warning system.
- The electronic door lock control processor holds the keyless entry remote transmitter programmed code in memory in the event the vehicle battery is disconnected.
