Speed Control Servo

REMOVAL
1. Remove battery.
2. Remove connector retaining harness main wiring. Position out of way.
3. Remove two bolts that mount speed control servo to LH front fender apron.
4. Unclip speed control cable from two clips located on LH front fender apron.

NOTE: Do not remove clips from apron.

5. Disconnect speed control servo connector.
6. Lift and remove speed control servo from LH front fender apron.
7. Disconnect speed control cable at throttle body.
8. Depress locking arm on speed control actuator cap and rotate counterclockwise while lifting upward.





9. Insert a small screwdriver in locking spring. Gently pry back spring and remove cable slug from servo pulley.
10. Remove three screws from speed control servo and remove bracket from servo.






INSTALLATION
1. Install bracket to speed control servo with three screws. Tighten to 6-7 Nm.m (53-62 lb-in).
2. Attach speed control cable to speed control servo.
3. Attach speed control cable to throttle body.
4. Install speed control servo to bracket with two bolts. Tighten to 5.2-7.2 Nm.m (46-63 lb-in).

NOTE: Make sure rubber seal is fully seated on actuator cable cap.

5. Connect speed control servo connector.
6. Attach speed control cable to two clips on LH apron.
7. Attach main wiring to LH front fender.
8. Install battery.
9. Adjust speed control cable. Adjustments
