Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear quarter trim.
2. On manual window, open the rear quarter window. Remove the rear quarter window latch-to-glass pin.
3. On power window, remove the window-to-latch bolt. Pry off window bracket portion of latch at ball socket.







4. Remove the two rear quarter window hinge nuts and the rear quarter window.

CAUTION: Support the rear quarter window before removing the two rear quarter window hinge nuts. If the window is not supported it may fall and break or cause damage to the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Adjust the rear quarter window as outlined.
3. Tighten the two rear quarter window hinge nuts to 10-14 Nm (89-124 lb-in).
