With Power Seat (Limited)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the seat track.







2. Disconnect the seat control switch electrical connector.







3. Disconnect the seat trim cover clip.







4. Remove the seat cushion side shield rear screw.







5. Remove the seat cushion side shield screws







6. Disconnect the seat cushion side shield.

CAUTION: Use care when disconnecting the seat cushion side shield from the seat cushion frame so the tabs on the seat cushion side shield are not damaged.







7. Disconnect the lumbar support control switch electrical connector.







8. Disconnect the front seat back pad adjusting hoses from the adjusting switch.







9. Remove the seat cushion side shield.







10. Disconnect the seat trim cover clip.







11. Remove the seat back pivot cover.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the seat back pivot cover.
12. Position the seat back forward.







13. Remove the seat back recliner roll pins.







14. Remove the seat back.
1 Remove the seat back pivot roll pins.
2 Remove the seat back.
^ Guide the front seat back pad adjusting hose through the opening in the seat cushion trim cover.

ASSEMBLY







1. Connect the seat back.
1 Position the seat back.
^ Guide the front seat back pad adjusting hose through the opening in the seat cushion trim cover.
2 Install the seat back pivot roll pins.
2. Position the seat back forward.







3. Install the seat back recliner roll pins.







4. Install the seat back pivot cover.
1 Position the seat back pivot cover.
2 Install the screws.







5. Hook the seat trim cover clip.







6. Position the seat cushion side shield.
^ Feed the power seat switch electrical connector through the opening in the seat cushion trim cover.







7. Connect the front seat back pad adjusting hoses to the adjusting switch.







8. Connect the lumbar support control switch electrical connector.







9. Connect the seat cushion side shield.

CAUTION: Use care when connecting the seat cushion side shield to the seat cushion frame so the tabs on the seat cushion side shield are not damaged.







10. Install the seat cushion side shield screws.







11. Install the seat cushion side shield rear screw.







12. Hook the seat trim cover clip.







13. Connect the power seat switch electrical connector.
14. Install the seat track.
