40 Percent Portion

DISASSEMBLY

NOTE: 40 percent seat back with recliner shown, 40 percent without recliner similar.

1. Disassemble the rear 40 percent seat.







2. Unhook the seat trim cover clip.







3. Disengage the hook and loop strip and remove the seat trim cover.

CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat cushion trim cover from the hook and loop strip or the hook and loop strip may be torn from the seat back foam.







4. Remove the seat back padding from the seat back frame.







5. Remove the rear seat back latch.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Remove the rear seat back latch.

ASSEMBLY

NOTE: 40 percent seat back with recliner shown; 40 percent without recliner similar.







1. Install the rear seat back latch.
1 Position the rear seat back latch.
2 Install the bolt.







2. Install the seat back padding on the seat back frame.







3. Install the seat trim cover.
^ Connect the hook and loop strip to the seat trim cover.







4. Hook the seat trim cover clip.
5. Assemble the rear 40 percent seat.
