A/C Cycling Switch






REMOVAL
1. Disconnect wire harness connector from A/C cycling switch.
2. Remove A/C cycling switch from the side of suction accumulator/drier.

INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate O-ring seal on the suction accumulator/drier nipple with clean Motorcraft YN-12b refrigerant oil or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
2. Screw A/C cycling switch on suction accumulator/drier nipple. Tighten to 1.4-3.8 Nm (13-33 Lb-In).
3. Connect wire connector to A/C cycling switch.
4. Check A/C cycling switch installation for refrigerant leaks.
5. Check system for proper operation.
