Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool (3/4 Inch) T85L-19623-A
REMOVAL
1. Discharge A/C system.
2. Disconnect A/C manifold and tube from suction accumulator/drier and A/C compressor to condenser discharge line. Use Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tools T81P-19623-G2 and T85L-19623-A.
3. Remove bolt attaching A/C manifold and tube to A/C compressor, and remove A/C manifold and tube and O-ring seals.
4. When replacing A/C manifold and tube, transfer A/C compressor pressure relief valve to new A/C manifold and tube if applicable.
INSTALLATION
1. Lubricate new O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil and position them in O-ring seal grooves of A/C manifold and tube.
2. Position A/C manifold and tube with O-ring seals to A/C compressor and install and tighten manifold retaining bolt to 18-23 Nm (14-16 Lb-Ft).
3. Connect other ends of suction and discharge lines using new lubricated O-ring seals.
4. Leak-test, evacuate and charge system following recommended procedures. Observe all safety precautions.
