Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the backup lamps to duplicate the original condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the electrical concerns applies:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
^ Circuitry
^ Bulb
^ Blown fuse junction panel Fuse 12 (15 A)
^ Damaged digital transmission range sensor

3. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
