Left Side

Removal
1. Remove the upper intake manifold.





2. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor electrical connector.





3. Disconnect the Differential Pressure Feedback (DPFE) transducer.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Disconnect the vacuum hoses.





4. Disconnect the engine electrical connector.





5. Push the clip and slide the electrical connector from the valve cover.





6. Disconnect the radio ignition interference capacitor electrical connector.





7. Disconnect the ignition coil electrical connector.





8. Disconnect the spark plug wires from the ignition coil.





9. Remove the bolts and the valve cover.
- Discard the valve cover gasket.

Installation








1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
