Hood Latch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the hood.







2. Remove the radiator grille sight shield.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the rivets.
3. Remove the radiator grille sight shield.







3. Remove the hood latch.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Disconnect the hood latch cable from the hood latch.
3. Remove the hood latch.

NOTE: Mark the hood latch position prior to removal of the bolts.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Adjust the hood latch.
