Oil Pump Cover: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.





2. Remove the oil pan plug and drain the engine oil.
3. Raise and support the vehicle.





4. Remove the bolts and remove the oil pan.





5. Remove the bolts and remove the oil pump screen cover and tube.

Installation











1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
