Power Door Lock Actuator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the door latch.







2. Remove the door latch lock actuator.
1 Pry up on tab.
2 Slide the door latch lock actuator off the latch channels using a prying action.
3 Remove the door latch lock actuator.

CAUTION: The door ajar switch must be removed before the door lock actuator can be removed.

NOTE: Front door latch shown, rear door latch is typical.

INSTALLATION







1. Align the door lock actuator onto the door latch channels, and slide on.
2. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
