Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Disconnect the (1) speed control deactivator switch electrical connector and rotate the (2) speed control deactivator switch counterclockwise to remove.

INSTALLATION







1. Pull the plunger out to its full travel.
2. Fully depress the brake pedal.







3. Install the speed control deactivator switch by connecting the (1) deactivator switch electrical connector, and turning the (2) deactivator switch clockwise.
4. Connect the battery ground cable.
