Knock Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove intake manifold.
2.
Disconnect engine control sensor wiring from
knock sensor.
3.
Remove
knock sensor from cylinder block.
INSTALLATION 1.
Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2.
Tighten
knock sensor to
36-52 N.m (27-39 Lb-Ft).
