Installation (Part 2 of 2)

36. Position the hose.
- Install the pin-type retainers.





37. Install the hose.





38. Connect the power steering oil cooler hose.
- Position the clamp.





39. Connect the power steering oil cooler hose.
- Position the clamp.





40. Connect the A/C suction/discharge manifold.
- Tighten the bolt.





41. Install a new tie strap.





42. Connect the ground connector.





43. Install the sight shield.
- Install the pin-type retainers.





44. Connect the positive cable.
- Install the nut.





45. Connect the hose.





46. Connect the heater hose.
- Position the clamp.





47. Connect the ground connector.
- Install the bolt.

48. Connect the fuel lines.





49. Position the wire harness.
50. Connect the generator.





51. Position the fuel line retaining clip





52. Connect the degas bottle hose.
- Position the clamp.





53. Connect the power steering hose.
- Position the clamp.





54. Connect the main engine wire harness ground.
- Install the bolt





55. Connect the PCM.
- Tighten the bolt.





56. Install the pin-type retainer.





57. Connect the EVAP canister purge valve.
- Connect the vacuum tube.





58. Connect the brake booster vacuum hose.
- Position the clamp.





59. Connect the EVAP emission return tube.





60. Position the shift cable.
- Connect the shift cable to the shift cable bracket.





61. Connect the shift cable.





62. Connect the engine wire harness 42-pin connector.
- Tighten the bolt.





63. Install the heater hose.
- Position the bracket.
- Install the nut.





64. Connect the heater hose.





65. Connect the upper radiator hose.
- Reposition the clamp.





66. Install the accelerator bracket.
- Position the bracket.
- Install the bolt.
- Install the nut.





67. Connect the accelerator cable and the speed control actuator cable.
68. Install the engine air cleaner and outlet tube.

69. Note: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven.

Connect the battery.
70. Refill the engine cooling system.
71. Recharge the air conditioning system.
72. Install the cowl.
