C: No Communication With the Instrument Cluster

NOTE: The ignition switch must be cycled from OFF to RUN to enable the SSP feature. The SSP will remain active for one half-hour after the ignition is turned OFF. Refer to Principles of Operation for SSP operation. Principles of Operation (How Does It Work?)
