HEADLINER - CREW CAB

Removal
1. Remove the left and right inside visors (04100).
2. If equipped, remove the left and right inside secondary blade visors.







3. Remove the left and right visor arm clips.
4. If equipped, remove the roof console.
5. If equipped, remove the right front inside assist handle.







6. Position the left and right front door opening weatherstrips (20708) down from the headliner.
7. Remove the left and right windshield side garnish moulding (03598).
8. If equipped, remove the left and right rear inside assist handles.







9. Remove the left and right rear coat hook covers (29024).
10. Remove the front and rear courtesy roof lamps.







11. Remove the two rear pushpins, then the two front pushpins.







12. Position the left and right rear door opening weatherstrips down from the headliner.

13. NOTE: If equipped, the left front seat back must be positioned down.

Remove the bench seat, both seats (60/40), middle and right seats (40/20/40), or right bucket seat, depending on the front seat configuration, and the floor console; refer to Seats and to Dash Board.

14. NOTE: Be careful not to damage the headliner when removing it from the vehicle.

Remove the headliner through the right rear door opening.

Installation

1. CAUTION: Use protective tape on the edge of the headliner that comes in contact with the door opening or the headliner material can tear.

Follow the removal procedure in reverse order
