Main Climate Control

REMOVAL
1. Drain the radiator. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.







2. Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the engine.







3. Disconnect the heater inlet hose at the engine.







4. Disconnect the heater water hoses from the heater core. For additional information on the heater hose coupling disconnect and connect procedure, refer to Heating and Air Conditioning.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Lubricate the coolant hoses with Rubber Suspension Insulator Lube E25Y- 19553-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESF-M99B112-A.
