Removal and Installation





1. Remove the hublock.
1. Remove the retainer ring.
2. Pull outward and remove the hublock.
2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Clean the O-ring contact area as necessary to provide a good O-ring seal. Install a new hublock O-ring seal kit. Apply a coat of Ford High Temperature 4x4 Front Axle and Wheel Bearing Grease E8TZ-19590-A meeting Ford specification ESA-M1C198 to the O-ring seal and contact area.
